Serving as an Assistant Professor and HOD In-Charge of the Geography Department at Sahibganj College, Sahibganj. I oversee overall departmental operations while independently conducting regular lectures and practical fieldwork, Projects for over 500 students. In addition to continuous student mentorship and active involvement in co-curricular activities, I manage internal evaluation processes and regularly serve as an external examiner for other colleges.
